National/International Accreditations

We meet the requirements included in Royal decree 775/1997, dated 30th May, on the legal regime of licensing of appraisal companies and services.

Alia Tasaciones is licensed with the Banco de España, and registered in the official register for Entities of Banco de España with registration number 4406.

Alia Tasaciones is a Recognised European Valuation Company (REVC) since June 2014, with registration number REVC-E/2019/1/ATASA. The REVC scheme was created and is authorised by TEGoVA (The European Group of valuers' Associations).

We are the first Spanish Valuation company to have achieved both the Regulated by RICS and TEGoVA’s REVC recognitions.

Alia Tasaciones is Regulated by RICS (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) since March 2015, with registration number 757794.

Alia Tasaciones has had a quality management system in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard certified by AENOR since 2003, as well as an integrated Environmental Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 14001: 2015 standard since 2019 at their headquarters.
