Alia Tasaciones: our main goal is to give the highest quality and rigour in our services; therefore, we have Client Care Service in place.

This service has as a fundamental principle: address and resolve any complaints or claims of our clients, in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Order ECO/734/2004, dated 11 March, on client care and ombudsman services in the financial industry.

We strive to do our work with all diligence. With this objective in mind, we are grateful that our clients communicate us in writing any inconveniences referred to our action that could cause harm to their interests, using any of the following channels:
